We plan every trip around three things: safety, small groups and fair work. Itineraries gain height slowly, guides are licensed and trained in first aid, and porters carry no more than 20 kg and are insured like the rest of the team.
We stay in family-run teahouses and lodges and work with local drivers and cooks, so the money you spend stays in the communities you visit.

Our guides grew up in the regions they lead treks in. They speak English, carry a first-aid kit and pulse oximeter, and have the final say on safety decisions such as turning back in bad weather.
