Booking: a booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference. Prices are per person in US dollars and include what is listed on each trip page.

Payment: we take full payment by card at checkout through CyberSource. We never see or store your card number.

Travel insurance: you must have travel insurance that covers trekking at the altitudes of your trip, including helicopter evacuation and medical treatment.

Health and fitness: you are responsible for being fit enough for the trip you book and for telling us about relevant medical conditions. Your guide may stop you from continuing if they believe it is unsafe.

Changes: mountain travel depends on weather, flights and local conditions. We may change an itinerary for your safety. Delayed flights, especially to and from Lukla, can cause extra nights at your own cost unless they are included in the trip.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our cancellation policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
