Each trip page lists exactly what is and isn’t included. Treks usually include your guide, porters, permits, teahouse accommodation, meals on the trail and transport to and from the trail.
Easy trips stay low, with short walking days. Moderate treks have five to seven hours of walking a day and reach around 3,000–4,500 m. Challenging treks go above 5,000 m or cross high passes and need good fitness.
Fixed departures run on set dates with a group, so you can see how many seats are left. Flexible trips start on any date you choose.
